Quality Assurance
Environmental protection equipment is often large in size and involves specialized materials such as FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), 316L stainless steel, and PP (polypropylene). The management level of the production line directly determines the equipment’s anti-corrosion performance, sealing performance, and service life.
Flexible Production System: To address the characteristics of non-standard environmental protection equipment—namely, “diverse varieties, small batch sizes, and tight delivery schedules”—we have established a flexible production line. Unlike mass production assembly lines, our production line features strong integrated assembly capabilities, enabling us to handle multiple projects of different specifications in parallel (e.g., producing a complete integrated treatment unit and a large-scale air flotation machine simultaneously).
Comprehensive Quality Control: Throughout the processes of laser cutting, rolling, welding (TIG and MIG), and surface treatment, we conduct weld flaw detection and anti-corrosion coating thickness testing. For plastic-based equipment (PP/PVC), we employ a combination of butt welding and extrusion welding to ensure tanks remain crack-free even under prolonged exposure to chemical agents.
Pre-assembly and Commissioning: To minimize installation risks at the customer’s site, we perform factory pre-assembly and water-based no-load commissioning prior to delivery. For large skid-mounted equipment, we complete the installation of all piping, instruments, and electrical control panels on the production line, ensuring that only utility connections (water and power) are required on-site for operation.
Commercial Collaboration
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer / Build-to-Print):
Positioning: Your designs, realized by us.
Advantages: If you possess mature technical drawings or patents but face limitations due to workshop space or welding resources, we can manufacture strictly according to your drawings. We are committed to protecting your technical confidentiality through strict non-disclosure agreements. Finished products are branded with your nameplate, allowing you to serve end customers directly. Additionally, we offer strong supply chain procurement advantages to help reduce your raw material costs.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturer / Custom Design):
Positioning: Your requirements, our solutions.
Advantages: Ideal for partners lacking in-house mechanical design or process engineering expertise. You only need to provide operating parameters and discharge standards, and our R&D center will fill the technical gaps. From process selection and structural design to equipment drawing and manufacturing, we offer one-stop, turnkey OEM services, enabling you to undertake complex non-standard environmental protection projects with minimal R&D investment.
Core Driving Force
Since each customer’s wastewater, exhaust gas, and solid waste vary in composition, concentration, and site conditions, standardized products often fail to address real-world challenges. Our company is not just an equipment manufacturer; we are a design service provider offering comprehensive process solutions.
Customized Process Design: Based on specific operating conditions (e.g., high-concentration organic wastewater, acid/alkaline exhaust gas, oil mist and dust), we conduct bench-scale and pilot-scale tests to determine the optimal treatment process (e.g., “pretreatment + biochemical treatment + advanced treatment” or “spray scrubbing + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion”).
3D Modeling and Modular Design: We use 3D software to create complete equipment models, simulating fluid dynamics and structural stress prior to production. At the same time, we implement modular design, breaking down complex non-standard equipment into standardized functional modules. This approach ensures non-standard adaptability while shortening production lead times.
Rapid Response Mechanism: Our R&D team directly interfaces with customers’ technical departments and supports on-site surveys. This ensures that design solutions not only meet environmental discharge standards but also achieve an optimal balance between investment costs and operational energy consumption.
